What does a good media kit template look like?
A good media kit template is airy, web-first and easy to scan on a phone. The top has a photo, name, handle and one clear contact; stats sit loosely underneath; audience and services come later in the scroll.
In short
- Hero: photo + who + what + Contact
- Proof: IG / engagement / reach — with space between them
- Audience: who it’s for, briefly
- Services: a list, not cramped package grids at the top
- Other channels and portfolio: optional, light by default
Why isn’t a PDF template enough on its own?
A PDF goes stale immediately. A web card stays current when the numbers sync. Think about a PDF only after the web structure is solid.
What can a brand read in 10 seconds?
The name, the niche, one big number, and whether it’s easy to get in touch. If those disappear into charts, the card isn’t doing its job.
A visual rule of thumb in Media Kit Club
Keep the pink–lilac–blue brand, keep the background cool and pale, and let sections breathe. Desktop and mobile first — the same content, a different rhythm.
