The service

A media kit is how you introduce yourself to companies and other partners. The service helps you put that kit together and share it as a link or a PDF. You can write a bio, services, packages and collaborations, and add a profile photo.

You can connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and X. Instagram is connected with Instagram Login for a Creator or Business account. Statistics, audience demographics and selected posts are fetched via Bundle Social from the connected accounts. Media Kit Club stores them, including copies of images, and shows them in your media kit and PDF. You choose whether the media kit is public or unpublished. You can unpublish, disconnect or delete at any time.

We do not sell or license platform data to third parties. Synced statistics, posts, captions, figures and image copies from Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and X stay while the account is connected. Synced YouTube statistics, demographics, posts and image copies are refreshed or deleted within 30 days. A post deleted on the platform is hidden at once from the media kit preview, the public media kit, the Lookbook, collaborations and the PDF. Its stored image is removed at once, and the post text, link and figures are deleted within 24 hours of detection. Disconnecting an account and deleting your login remove that data immediately. Deletion requests for X data are completed within 24 hours.

A public media kit is available at mediakortti.com/handle and mediakit.club/handle. You can leave a kit unpublished and share it only with a separate link. You can download a PDF of the same content.

One person can have several accounts, for example for different names or brands. Each account has its own media kit. You can invite other members to an account.

Account and age

The service is for people who are at least 16. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 16 and that you can accept these terms.

You can create an account with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep that sign-in method to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep the details you give about yourself and the media kit truthful and up to date.

Your responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and fairly. Do not add content you have no right to use. Do not pretend to be someone else or another brand, and do not present someone else’s audience or channels as your own. Do not publish figures you know to be false or misleading.

Do not use the service for scams, spam or malware. Do not add illegal content, hate speech or pornographic material, and do not disrupt the service or other people. Do not overload the service, collect its content by automated means, or bypass its limits.

You are responsible for what the media kit says and for having the right to connect the social accounts you connect. Check the words and the figures before you send a media kit on. When you connect a platform, you also follow that platform’s own terms.

Your content

Text, images and other material you add to a media kit stay yours. You do not transfer your copyright to us.

You give Media Kit Club Oy permission to store and display that material so we can run the service: on the media kit (including the public page and a share link), in a link preview when the address is shared, in a PDF made from it, and, if you opt in, in the creator directory. The permission covers technical copies, such as backups and producing the PDF.

The permission ends when you delete the material or your account. It does not recall copies someone has already saved, or records we have to keep by law.

Statistics and other services

Follower counts, posts and other figures come from the platforms you connect and from Bundle Social. We do not check every figure by hand. Some figures may be estimates. Monthly reach, for example, may be an estimate when a platform does not provide an exact number. We do not guarantee that the figures are complete, current or free of errors. Check important numbers before you rely on them in an agreement.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, X, Google and Bundle Social are separate services. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible if a connection is interrupted or if a platform stops providing data.

Public visibility

If you publish a media kit, anyone with the address can open it. In the sharing settings you can choose whether search engines may index a published media kit. If you turn indexing off, we ask search engines not to list the page. We cannot guarantee that every search engine honours that request straight away.

The creator directory (mediakortti.com/vaikuttajat and mediakit.club/creators) is optional. A media kit is listed only if you turn listing on. The directory can stay hidden until enough kits are listed.

Handles

You choose the handle in the media kit address. A handle is 3–60 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens. Some words are reserved for the site’s own pages, language codes and very short handles, and cannot be claimed.

Choose a handle you have a right to use. We may change a handle or take it out of use if it infringes someone else’s rights, is misleading, or is used in breach of these terms. The same applies if we need the address for a page of the service. The old address may redirect to the new handle.

Our rights

The name, design, software and other material we create for the service belong to Media Kit Club Oy or its licensors. You receive a right to use the service under these terms. You may not copy the service or its code into your own product. You may not use the service’s name or logo as your own brand without our permission.

On the free plan, a public media kit and a PDF can show our ribbon, with the logo and an invitation to create your own media kit. On a paid plan, that ribbon may be removed.

Availability and changes

The service is still evolving, and some features may be experimental. We may change, pause or remove features. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of faults. When a change is significant, we will try to tell you in the service or by email beforehand, where that is reasonably possible.

Paid plans

You can use the service without paying today. Paid plans are not available yet. We may later introduce paid plans or paid features. The price and what the payment includes will be shown clearly before you buy. These terms do not set any prices.

If a paid plan is introduced, you can end it in the way described before you buy. A period you have already paid for stays available until that period ends, unless something else was stated before you bought. The price or what is included may change later. We will tell you before the next charge.

The free-plan ribbon may be removed on a paid plan, if one is introduced.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. In settings you can delete a single account you own, or your whole user profile and login. Deleting one account removes that media kit. Deleting your user profile and login removes the sign-in and every account you own, including their media kits. A member who belongs only to a deleted account loses access to it.

Removing content and closing accounts

Media Kit Club Oy may, at its discretion, remove or hide content, unpublish a media kit, take a kit out of the creator directory, reclaim a handle, suspend an account, or close an account or your login permanently. We may also refuse a new account to someone whose account or login we have closed before.

We may do this when content is illegal, or we reasonably believe it to be illegal, or when it infringes someone else’s rights. The same applies to hate speech, harassment, violence, sexual content involving minors, pornography, scams or fraud, spam, malware, impersonation, and fake or manipulated statistics. We may also do this for a material or repeated breach of these terms, a risk to the service, to users or to other people, a request or order from an authority or a court, or where the law requires it.

Sexual content involving minors leads to immediate closure of the account and the login. We report it to the authorities.

If the matter is serious or illegal, or if telling you first would cause harm or hinder an investigation, we may act immediately without prior notice. Otherwise we tell you the reason and, where it is appropriate, give you a chance to fix it.

We may also close an account or a login for other reasons, for example if we discontinue the service. Then we give reasonable notice in advance, such as 30 days.

Anyone can report illegal content through the contact page. We handle reports without undue delay. Where it is required, the user affected receives a statement of reasons. You can contest the decision by contacting us.

We may keep data connected to illegal content for as long as it is needed for a legal claim or for the authorities, as described in the privacy policy.

None of this removes the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. Media Kit Club is not a party to agreements you make with companies or other partners. The media kit is your introduction. We do not promise that a collaboration will happen, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for a figure from a platform or Bundle Social that is incomplete.

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights the law gives you. These terms do not narrow those rights. We do not limit liability for harm that the law does not allow us to limit, such as harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

When you do not use the service as a consumer, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The new version is published on this page, with the date it takes effect. For a material change we will try to tell you in the service or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and delete your account. An existing account may be asked to accept a new version before use can continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Finland. A dispute we cannot settle together is heard by the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).

If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the district court of your place of residence. Your other mandatory consumer rights remain. A consumer may also refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi).
